Job Overview
The primary function of House Manager is to provide a nurturing and healthy environment for pregnant women. House Managers oversee daily operations, support program participants, assist with personal and professional goals, and maintain medical appointments.

What You’ll Do
- Oversight of daily operations
- Supporting pregnant women in the program
- Preparing residents for the birth of their baby and meeting personal goals
- Transporting residents to appointments and organizing healthy, safe activities
- Teaching life skills such as cooking, cleaning, and budgeting
- Maintaining accurate records and daily notes on residents
- Responding to emergencies and assisting during crises
- Attending meetings, trainings, and community events as needed
- Working as part of a team to create a safe, respectful, and supportive environment

What's Required of You
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- House management and cooking skills
- Caring, accepting, and non-judgmental attitude
- Ability to keep resident information confidential
- Flexible to provide shift coverage as needed
- Microsoft Office and basic internet/email skills
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid PA Driver’s License
