The House Manager provides oversight, coordination, and appropriate role modeling in a therapeutic environment that promotes the physical, emotional, and behavioral health of each student and assists them in developing adaptive life skills. The House Manager is responsible for providing on-site management in assigned residences, including monitoring, quality assurance, staff training and development, and scheduling of personnel.

Qualifications

  • Associates degree in social work, health, human services, education, psychology or related field or 2 years of equivalent college experience plus 18 months of human service experience, particularly with children and/or adolescents, and 12 months of supervisory experience in any field
  • High School diploma plus 36 months of human service experience, particularly with children and/or adolescents, and 18 months of supervisory experience in any field preferred
  • Maintain a valid driver's license

Pay

Base Pay: \$21.50 - \$25.00 based on experience and education

Due to the nature of the workflow and level of responsibility, the House Manager maintains a flexible schedule.
