Pediatric Nurse House Manager (RN)

Nurse House Manager - Children’s Transitional Care Homes
Monday – Friday, standard business hours (with On Call rotation)

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the house
• Provide direct supervision to house staff
• Ensure adherence to all standard practices and procedures
• Cookordinate to ensure the highest quality of care for the residents
• Staff scheduling and other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN), licensed in the State of PA
• Minimum five (5) years' supervisory experience
• Minimum two (2) years’ pediatric tracheostomy care and ventilator management experience
• Maintenance of required 30 CEU hrs./2 years
• Valid and Current driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record (required)
• Driver's License, insurance and registration must be aligned with state of permanent residence

Qualifications

• Qualified in I/DD and social work
• Concurrently assess the children for any potential intellectual or development disabilities
