House Manager

About the role

Supervise and support direct-care staff, coordinate schedules and shift coverage, review daily documentation and medication records, oversee household operations, communicate with guardians, case managers, healthcare providers, and support teams, support individuals with daily activities, maintain a safe clean and organized home, and provide direct care or emergency shift coverage when necessary.

Minimum Education Required

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Additional education in human services or a related field preferred.

Minimum Experience Required

• At least two years of consistent experience in a 245D program, group home, assisted living, caregiving, or similar residential setting.
• Previous House Manager, Lead Staff, or supervisory experience preferred.
• A stable employment history will be strongly considered.
