House Cleaner - Team Leader

About the role

We are the largest home cleaning company in Georgia with multiple locations around Atlanta. We employ more cleaners than anyone else, and we treat our cleaners better on all levels.

Responsibilities

• Paid every Friday
• Company car provided
• Benefits package including paid time off
• Training program to teach cleaning techniques and team management
• Opportunity to advance to Team Leader position with higher pay and additional responsibilities
• Team Leaders drive the company car, manage 1 or 2 Cleaning Partners, and report to the office by 5:00 PM
• Annual increases in pay based on experience

Qualifications

• Mature professionals preferred
• No drama or negative attitude required
• Willingness to learn and take pride in work

Benefits

• 20 days off per year
• 6 months: 1 week paid time off
• 1 year: 2 weeks paid time off
• 2 years: 3 weeks paid time off
• Annual increases in pay based on performance and experience

Schedule

• Full-time position
• Dependable schedule maintained

Pay

• Team Leader: $540 - $750 per week - PLUS Tips and Bonuses
• Cleaning Partner: Start at $18, with potential for increase
• Annual increases based on experience
