Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and regularly update schedules for each individual cleaner to ensure all assigned areas are well covered.
- Develop and update cleaning checklists to ensure all work is done according to requirements.
- Be responsible for acquiring, inventorying, and distributing cleaning materials and supplies.
- Provide regular training and work instructions to cleaners to enable them to work collaboratively and effectively.
- Perform rapid analysis on unusual events and immediately report to the direct supervisor.
- Other jobs will be assigned by the Admin Officer or Admin Manager.
Qualifications
- Education: High school degree
- Experience: Minimum 1 year working experience in cleaning services provision
- Skills and Knowledge: Know how to make a work plan, supervising people (with different personalities), ability to work under pressure and in hot environments, computer literacy is a plus
