Responsibilities

- Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces. - Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction. - Communicate effectively with team members and clients to address specific cleaning needs. - Utilize cleaning equipment and supplies safely and efficiently. - Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while working in clients' homes. - Complete assigned cleaning tasks within scheduled time frames. - Assist in training new team members on cleaning techniques and company standards. - Adhere to health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment. - All team members start and end the work day at our local Gilbert office.

Requirements

- Proven experience in residential cleaning or a related field is preferred, but not required. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional service. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. - Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. - Positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential. - Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs as needed. - Flexible availability, including weekends, is a plus. - Must be available 7am -5pm Monday - Friday.

Compensation

Compensation: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
