House Attendant

Job Description

The Housekeeping House Attendant sets the tone for Sonesta’s mission by always going above and beyond for our guests. The role’s primary responsibility is to maintain and clean guest room floors. The Housekeeping House Attendant is also responsible for maintaining housekeeping supply closets and storage rooms. The Housekeeping House Attendant shall provide attentive and courteous service to guests, assist guests with inquiries, and ensure their stay with Sonesta is filled with Amazing Moments. The ideal candidate has a passion for hospitality and providing exceptional guest service.

Physical Demands

• Must be able to exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 50 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
• Frequent bending, kneeling and reaching.
• Ability to stand during entire shift.

Additional Job Information

• Pay: $19.50 to $20.00 per hour.
• Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors including but not limited to job related knowledge, skills, and job specific experience/overall experience.
