Starting pay: $21.91/hr. – $23.00/hr., dependent on experience. Annual performance-based increases available.

About the Role

As a House Attendant at Snoqualmie Casino & Hotel, you are an integral part of the housekeeping team, ensuring that all public areas, hallways, and other specified spaces within the casino and hotel are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and order. Your efforts contribute significantly to the overall guest experience by providing a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness and order in all public areas, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and conference rooms (vacuuming, mopping, dusting, trash disposal)
  • Assist room attendants by transporting linens, supplies, and trash; help with heavy lifting and moving furniture during deep cleaning or room setups
  • Replenish and organize housekeeping supplies in storerooms
  • Provide courteous and professional service to guests; address minor requests and report issues to the Housekeeping Supervisor
  • Follow all safety and sanitation policies; report maintenance or safety issues
  • Participate in special cleaning projects, such as seasonal deep cleaning and event space preparation
  • Collaborate with other hotel staff, including laundry personnel and house attendants, to ensure timely room turnover
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Ability to read, write, and verbally communicate in English
  • Previous experience in a cleaning, custodial, or housekeeping role

Snoqualmie Casino & Hotel exercises Snoqualmie Tribal Member/Native American preference in hiring. Must obtain and maintain a Gaming License from the Snoqualmie Gaming Commission. Pre-employment drug testing is required; marijuana use will not disqualify applicants except for Transportation (Valet, Driver I) positions, which require DOT panel testing.
