House Attendant

Our property, Skamania Lodge, is a Pacific Northwest resort set on 175 acres, featuring treehouses, glamping, golf, ziplining, a spa, and multiple restaurants. With over 22,000 sq. ft. of event space, it’s a premier destination for retreats, conferences, and celebrations.
Responsibilities
Assist and serve our guests to make their stay as comfortable and clean as we can by delivering great service and maintaining the cleanliness of guestrooms. Your role will include:
- Deliver items to guestrooms
- Stock linen closets
- Support Room Attendants by stocking linen throughout the shift
- Follow all safety/chemical standards
- Empty trash from Room Attendant carts at the end of shift
- Clean dirty glasses/mugs at end of shift and as needed
- Assist with cleaning the guest rooms if unexpected need occurs after the Room Attendants are gone for the day or room unassigned
- Strip vacant/dirty rooms
- Perform cleaning tasks on assigned floors, including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and collecting garbage
- Assist guests and other staff members as needed
- Answer guest room calls before 8:30am and after 5pm in under 15 minutes
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with:
- Valid driver’s license
- Preferred six months of job-related experience
- Must be at least 18 years of age
Compensation
