About the role
The Program Coordinator, Perkins Grant provides administrative support as well as technical support to the Director, Curriculum. Duties include coordinating grant budget requests, preparing financial tracking reports, developing and managing the Perkins Grant Comprehensive Local Needs Assessment, assembling and maintaining grant expense files, organizing stakeholder communications, and assisting with CTE program materials and event analysis.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate grant budget requests to align with NJDOE standards
- Prepare grant application submissions
- Develop and manage financial tracking reports and other reports as needed
- Assist in the development of the Perkins Grant Comprehensive Local Needs Assessment
- Maintain files related to Perkins purchase orders, requisitions, and grant expenses
- Collect and update Advisory Board information
- Organize communications and meetings with campus and community stakeholders
- Assist in reviewing and developing CTE program materials and events
- Analyze enrollment and performance data
- Affirmatively assist with related projects
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Computer literacy with intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to learn and apply office practices, procedures, policies, and regulations
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Monmouth County and its communities is preferred
