Grant Program Coordinator

Roles And Expectations

• Understand and adhere to the goals and objectives of the EARSS grant
• Find and connect with community partners to provide programs or experiences in alignment with the grant purpose, goals and outcomes
• Outreach, coordinate and schedule weekly vocational guest speakers for both schools
• Cookout and schedule community partners to provide either in-school classes and/or activities as well as community experiences for student engagement
• Includes internships, apprenticeship, courses for credit and vocational programs
• Attend outings with staff and students
• Collaborate with school personnel in both schools for on-going program implementation and evaluation
• Data team member for collection of, analysis and interpretation of data supporting EARSS grant performance measures
• Attend any TWC EARSS grant team meetings, cohort meetings and related conferences as appropriate

Qualifications

• Detail oriented, organized and strong record keeping skills
• Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently
• Computer use skills
