Requirements

• Proven experience in preparing learners for external assessments
• Strong knowledge of delivering on RARPA based courses
• Excellent communication, organization, and classroom management skills
• A commitment to inclusive, learner-focused teaching
• A recognised teaching qualification (or a willingness to achieve one)

Qualifications

• A passion for education and empowering learners
• Experience in a relevant field
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skills

• Effective communication skills
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learners
• Knowledge of adult education principles
• Experience with technology in the classroom

Pay

The pay rate for this role is £18.00 per hour.

Schedule

The schedule for this role is hourly, with flexible hours to accommodate the needs of both the college and the learners.
