About the role

We are looking for future managers—specifically Assistant Managers—to be the second in command of a million-dollar business and grow into the top leadership role. This is a part-time, hourly position where you will oversee all aspects of your shift, including people, operations, sales, and profits. You are accountable for everything that happens within your shift, ensuring the safety, training, and culture of your team. You will lead by example and follow all policies and procedures 100% of the time.

No prior management or pizza-making experience is required; we will train you. You may occasionally be asked to help at nearby locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all shift operations, including staffing, customer service, and profitability.
• Ensure team safety, training, and adherence to company culture.
• Lead by example and enforce all policies and procedures.
• Maintain accountability for people, operations, sales, and profits during your shift.
• Assist at other nearby locations as needed.

Requirements

• Great positive attitude and high energy.
• 18+ years of age.
• Ability to use Outlook/email services.
• Pass a background check.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Must reside near the store location.
