About the Role

The Heart of House Key Hourly partner works with the Management team to assist with daily operating procedures, including staff support, guest interaction, product quality, and overall restaurant cleanliness while following TFK standards. They provide guidance and support for team members.

Schedule

AM/PM and mid-day shifts available. Part-time to 40 hours per week.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail, well-organized, and able to multi-task.
  • High level of personal initiative, action, and results-oriented.
  • 1–2 years of restaurant supervisor experience, preferably as a Supervisor in a high-volume restaurant.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
  • High level of personal integrity, strong interpersonal and motivational skills.
  • Ability to effectively supervise and instill cooperation in staff.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Must have or be willing to obtain ServSafe Certification.
  • Experience in Aloha preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Leads every shift with passion and drive to create an efficient, productive work environment while adhering to TFK guidelines.
  • Runs high-volume service periods from the expo or wheel position or as a floater to ensure food quality, service, table touches, and presentation meet TFK standards.
  • Ensures a safe production environment, cleanliness, organization, and maintenance to keep the restaurant in "like new" condition.
  • Performs precise line checks and facility walks with proper follow-up.
  • Participates in all EcoSure & Health inspections as needed.
  • Represents TFK culture when communicating with guests and responds to all guest complaints and inquiries within TFK standards.
  • Handles administrative, computer, and office tasks as needed during shifts.
  • Runs inspirational, informative, and effective pre-shift line-ups.
