What You’ll Be Doing
- Perform quality assurance inspections on residential HVAC installations and service work.
- Verify systems are installed and operating according to manufacturer specifications, code requirements, and company standards.
- Check airflow, refrigerant levels, electrical connections, ductwork, and overall system performance.
- Identify workmanship issues, safety concerns, or performance gaps and document findings clearly.
- Complete inspection reports accurately using mobile service software.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong residential HVAC experience.
- Advanced diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Solid understanding of HVAC systems, airflow, duct design, and performance standards.
- Professional communication skills—able to give clear, constructive feedback.
- Comfortable using tablets or mobile devices for documentation.
- Ability to work independently in a field-based role.
- Valid driver’s license (must be at least 21 per company policy).
