Supervisor - Hotel Valet

Responsibilities

• Develop and train shuttle drivers and valets to ensure job expectations are met
• Review and approve work schedules to ensure adequate coverage while minimizing expenses
• Develop and maintain excellent client relations and attend client meetings
• Handle customer complaints and day-to-day operational issues
• Manage employee work hour reports and submit payroll
• Oversee the customer service program to ensure customer satisfaction
• Develop budgets and monitor financials to meet business goals
• Review and evaluate audits to ensure integrity of revenue control
• Ensure compliance with company and client policies and procedures
• Complete required reports

Requirements

• Must have a valid driver's license (at least 2 years)
• Must be able to drive manual/stick-shift cars
• Prior hotel experience required
• Energetic, outgoing, and can stand, run, and carry items, up to 50lbs, if needed
• Great communicator in both written and spoken language, with a friendly, professional approach to everyone you meet
• Thriving in a fast-paced environment, and can help resolve customer issues in a positive and helpful way
• Motivated individual willing to take on new challenges, with experience in Customer Service or the Hospitality Industry
• Self-sufficient, resourceful, collaborative, and decisive

Qualifications

• You are at least 18 years old
• You have a valid driver's license and have been driving for at least 2 years
• You can drive stick-shift/manual cars
• You have prior hotel hospitality experience

Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour plus cash tip
