Maintains knowledge of property amenities, events, and local area services to assist guests effectively.

Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs.

Assists with Pool and Hollydeck duties to include but not limited to picking up towels and trash, running food items to guests, checking wristbands, and responding to guest inquiries.

Reports issues to Hotel Services leadership.

Maintains strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters.

Assigns and assists guests with hotel room reservations and arrivals.

Provides friendly, professional, & efficient service to guests during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay.

Processes payments, verifies identification, and ensures accurate account posting in accordance with established guidelines.

Delivers items to guest rooms as needed included but not limited to @Your Door orders, sundry items, etc.

Notifies Hotel Services leadership of guest issues, maintenance concerns, or policy violations.

Answers phones, responds to inquiries, and performs clerical duties as assigned.

Assigns and assists guests with RV park site reservations and arrivals.

Collects and accounts for all RV site revenue in compliance with company policies.

Provides friendly, professional, & efficient service to guests during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay.

Responsible for accurately completing web check ins for hotel and RV park arrivals.

Answers phones, responds to inquiries, and performs clerical duties as assigned.

Responsible for inspecting RV Park and all related amenities.

SUBMIT AN IT OR MAINTENANCE TICKET FOR APPLICABLE ISSUE(S) AND REPORTS ISSUES TO HOTEL SERVICES LEADERSHIP.

Ensures RV Park is always neat and guest ready.

NOTIFIES HOTEL SERVICES LEADERSHIP OF GUEST ISSUES, MAINTENANCE CONCERNS, OR POLICY VIOLATIONS.

Must be 18 years of age or older.

General Education Degree (GED) or High School Diploma; one to six months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Must have strong interpersonal skills.

Must be proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, and Internet Explorer).

Hotel reservation system experience preferred but not required.

Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Must be able to count money and change correctly.

Must be able to work high volume days, nights, holidays, and weekends, as needed.

Able to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.

Able to interact with guests, staff and colleagues and resolve problems and conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner.

Must successfully complete ServSafe training certification course
