Hotel Services Attendant
NOTE: This job is a safety-sensitive position subject to drug testing requirements. A positive drug test will result in a job offer being rescinded or, for active employees, termination, even if they test positive for marijuana and have a valid medical marijuana license.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests entering and exiting the hotel.
- Assist guests with luggage and other service needs.
- Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and upcoming events.
- Maintain a positive, proactive approach to guest service.
- Follow all hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED preferred/required.
- Valid state-issued driver’s license.
- Valid vehicle insurance.
- Excellent driving record.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Professional, friendly, and positive demeanor.
- Ability to stand, walk, run, and lift for extended periods.
- Ability to work outdoors and in all weather conditions.
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
