About the role

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety and security of guests, staff, and property
• Resolve potential problems or safety concerns
• Resolve matters that include public relations, medical emergencies, and criminal incidents
• Provide detailed reports on daily activities and any incidents that may have occurred to management
• Conduct consistent property walks and checking of security checkpoints

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED a plus but not required
• Previous phone experience preferred
• Effective listening skills
• Patient and friendly demeanor
• Ability to make good judgment calls
