Sales & Business Development
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and room night goals for both hotels.
- Possess strong prospecting and relationship-building skills.
- Secure new negotiated, corporate, government, project, sports, crew, and extended stay business.
- Conduct outside sales calls, site tours, networking events, and client meetings within the local market.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently pursue new revenue opportunities.
- Negotiate rates and contracts within established guidelines.
Account Management
- Manage and grow relationships with existing accounts to maximize share and retention.
- Conduct regular account reviews and business evaluations.
- Identify opportunities to increase production from current clients.
- Cook up client visits, hotel tours, and customer appreciation activities.
Community & Brand Engagement
- Represent both hotels within the local business community.
- Participate in chambers of commerce, tourism organizations, networking groups, and industry events.
- Build strong relationships with local businesses, organizations, and demand generators.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hotel sales experience preferred.
- Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Compensation
$40,000 - $45,000/year
