Hotel Room Attendant

About the role

As our Room Attendant, you will play an integral role in delivering an exceptional guest experience while contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team environment. This role is ideal for someone who brings a passion for hospitality, takes ownership, and is committed to continuous improvement and results.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms (beds, bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming)
• Make rollaway beds and cribs when occupied or vacant
• Restock towels, toiletries, and room supplies
• Clean coffee maker and replenish coffee supplies
• Report maintenance or safety issues to management
• Keep cleaning supplies organized and stocked
• Follow all health and safety guidelines
• P Practices chemical safety rules and follows procedures for hazardous materials
• Keep floor supply closets neat and secure
• Respond politely and efficiently to guest requests
• Follow all hotel policies and procedures
• Clean-up to 16 rooms per 8-hour shift

Requirements

• Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Solutions-oriented mindset with attention to detail
• Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Housekeeping experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical work for extended periods
• Good time management and ability to work independently
• Positive attitude and team player
• Able to follow instructions and work efficiently
