About the role
The Hampton Inn by Hilton-Boston/Marlborough-277 Boston Post Road, Marlborough, MA 01752 is seeking a Full-Time Attendant to join their team. Located near Apex Entertainment and various corporate offices, the property is conveniently situated off US 20 and I-495, ten minutes from I-90. Guests can enjoy a complimentary, delicious breakfast daily.
Responsibilities
- Clean rooms/suites as assigned by supervisor, ensuring quality of cleanliness and customer service.
- Perform tasks such as cleaning floors, vacuuming, changing linens, making beds, and cleaning bathrooms.
- Report discrepancies and maintenance problems to supervisor.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests.
- Work typical shifts that include weekends and holidays as required.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a hotel setting or willingness to train.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Able to work alone or as part of a team.
- Ability to work on feet for extended periods.
- Navigate a cart weighing up to 100 lbs., and lift, carry up to 25 lbs.
- An engaging personality.
