About the role
A dynamic and energetic Hotel Reservation Consultant is needed for a remote opportunity. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to hotel guests through phone and email.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming reservations and inquiries from hotel guests
- Process reservations and confirmations accurately and efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest issues promptly
- Update and maintain accurate guest records
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience in a customer service role preferred
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in a customer service role
- Knowledge of hotel reservation systems and processes
