About the role

A dynamic and energetic Hotel Reservation Consultant is needed for a remote opportunity. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to hotel guests through phone and email.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming reservations and inquiries from hotel guests
  • Process reservations and confirmations accurately and efficiently
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest issues promptly
  • Update and maintain accurate guest records
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Experience in a customer service role preferred

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in a customer service role
  • Knowledge of hotel reservation systems and processes
