About the role
As a Hotel Reservation Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to hotel guests through phone and email. You will manage reservations, answer inquiries, and ensure that all guest needs are met.
Responsibilities
- Manage hotel reservations and respond to guest inquiries promptly and professionally
- Handle cancellations and changes to reservations
- Ensure accurate and timely booking information is provided to guests
- Respond to guest feedback and complaints in a courteous and helpful manner
- Update and maintain accurate guest records
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for those requiring travel)
