About the role

Join MEININGER Hotel Bruxelles City Center as a Receptionist - Working Student. You’ll be the face of our hotel, ensuring guests enjoy a safe and memorable stay while handling a variety of operational and administrative tasks in a dynamic, international environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a great host, ensuring guests have an enjoyable and safe stay from check-in to check-out.
• Act as the first point of contact for guests, suppliers, and external technicians.
• Respond to guest inquiries, provide local recommendations, and direct them to major sights and attractions.
• Handle operational and administrative tasks, including invoicing, emails, and online requests.
• Work in a diverse, international, and inclusive environment.
• Remain flexible with your schedule, including early/late shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Collaborate with and support other departments as needed.

Requirements

• Outgoing personality with a passion for working in a bustling, dynamic environment.
• Strong people skills and a commitment to creating unforgettable guest experiences.
• Team player mindset, ready to tackle challenges and support colleagues.
• Good knowledge of front office systems (e.g., ASSD, Fidelio, SIHOT) is a plus.
• Fluent in French and English (solid B1-B2 level).
• Available to work flexibly, including weekends and holidays.
