Responsibilities

• Assist Guest Services, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage departments with utility needs, including but not limited to:
  • Provide exemplary and attentive service to guests
  • Support FOH team with attending to guest requests
  • Oversee delivery of Hilton Honors member benefits
  • Clean and maintain all hotel public areas, including restrooms, hallways, stairwells, etc., to meet quality standards
• Clean bathrooms, dust furniture and pictures, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
• Set up and tear down small banquets/meeting room spaces, including lifting and relocating tables/chairs/furniture
• Remove spots, waste, and debris; polish fixtures; and clean ashtrays
• Deliver items to rooms upon request and assist in cleaning guest rooms as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum of high school education; post-high school education preferred
• Minimum of 1 year in a housekeeping role

Schedule

Swing shift (afternoons/evenings)

Pay

Compensation range: $20–$22 per hour. This position is tipped eligible.
