Hotel Maintenance Worker

About the role

CUSA, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Worker for the Spring Hill Lithia Springs hotel. This position plays a critical role in maintaining the property, ensuring exceptional guest service, and providing a safe and secure environment for all guests.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair various maintenance requests independently.
• Perform quarterly preventative maintenance in each guest room, major mechanical systems, and other equipment.
• General upkeep of the exterior of the building.
• Administer the hotel's risk management program.
• Monitor outside contractors and their associates.
• Ensure guest security and safety in accordance with hotel policies and procedures.
