Responsibilities

• Maintain building and facilities including guest rooms, lobby, public space, restaurant, meeting space, hallways, outdoor pool, and exterior building to ensure safety and comfort of guests and employees.
• Maintain buildings and facilities to ensure efficient operation and to provide preventative maintenance, room care, and necessary repairs on all aspects of the hotel and storage facilities including HVAC, thermostats, televisions, bathroom fixtures, furniture, etc.
• Complete job duties in accordance with hotel policies and procedures and the Marriott Preventive Maintenance Program.
