Hotel Maintenance Worker

About the role

CUSA, LLC, one of the most successful hotel management companies in the industry, is searching for a Maintenance Worker for the SpringHill Suites Alpharetta Roswell.

Responsibilities

• Maintain building and facilities to ensure safety and comfort of guests and employees.
• Perform maintenance of buildings and facilities to ensure efficient operation and to provide preventative maintenance.
• Perform room care and necessary repairs on all aspects of the hotel, including the exercise room, pool, guest rooms, public spaces, restaurant, lobby, meeting room, and storage facilities.
• Complete job duties in conjunction with the hotel's policy and procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a similar position preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
