As a key member of our property team, you will ensure our dual-branded hotel runs smoothly, safely, and comfortably for every guest and associate.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine facility and grounds preventative maintenance to keep guest rooms and public spaces fully operational and safe.
- Utilize your technical skills and resourcefulness to diagnose issues and execute repairs efficiently.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests, resolving any maintenance matters to their complete satisfaction.
- Maintain a safe working environment for yourself, fellow associates, and our guests.
- Complete other operational tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Prior experience as a Maintenance Technician in a hotel, apartment complex, residential living facility, or similar setting (Required).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- General knowledge of technical trades including carpentry, painting, and basic electrical work.
- Excellent communication, a professional demeanor, and the ability to work independently or as part of a high-pressure team.
- Excellent visual observation abilities; must be able to lift up to 70 lbs, stoop, bend, climb ladders, and navigate stairs.
- Flexible availability to work various shifts per week.
Pay
Earnings Range: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour (Actual rate based on title, experience, and qualifications)
