Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and functionality of all hotel amenities
- Respond to maintenance requests from guests and staff
- Perform routine inspections and repairs on equipment and systems
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- At least 2 years of related experience in maintenance or construction
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- Proficient in using common tools and equipment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and customer service skills
