Responsibilities

• Performing routine maintenance tasks throughout the hotel, including guest rooms, common areas, and mechanical rooms.
• Troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems, plumbing fixtures, electrical systems, and appliances.
• Responding promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff members.
• Ensuring the safety and security of the hotel by conducting regular inspections and maintaining building codes compliance.
• Working closely with the housekeeping and front desk teams to address any maintenance issues that may arise.
• Keeping accurate records of maintenance work performed and inventory of supplies.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in hotel maintenance or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Good communication skills and a friendly, customer-oriented attitude.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical training or certifications are a plus.
