About the role
The Chief Engineer leads facility maintenance operations, ensuring efficient and safe building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
Responsibilities
- Manage maintenance, repair, and functionality of building systems
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and brand expectations
- Support preventative maintenance and deep-cleaning projects
- Assist with room inspections and deep cleaning projects
- Report maintenance, safety, or security concerns to management
Requirements
- Strong technical expertise
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Proven experience managing maintenance teams
- Experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Compensation
$16 - $20 hourly
