Hotel Maintenance Manager

About the role

The main objective of the Hotel Maintenance Manager is to ensure the proper working order of all hotel assets including the directing, training and mentoring the Engineering staff in preventative maintenance, skilled trouble shooting and repair using proper Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical, Masonry or other engineering or mechanical techniques.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel maintenance or related field.
• Proficiency in Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical, Masonry or other engineering or mechanical techniques.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• Quality oriented, driven to succeed, and enjoys sharing knowledge and expertise with others.

Pay

$65,000 and up based on experience.
