Description

The Courtyard/Residence Inn Complex is seeking a Line Cook to join their culinary team. Key responsibilities include preparing food items according to production requirements and quality standards, maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment, and ensuring proper temperature control of perishables.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items in accordance with production requirements and quality standards
• Follow recipe cards and production and portion standards
• Check pars for shift use, determine necessary preparation, freezer pull, and line setup
• Note any out-of-stock items or possible shortages and assist in keeping buffet stocked

Requirements

• At least two years of experience as a Line Cook, preferably at a hotel
• Food Handler certification
• Physical stamina and pride in providing quality food preparation and presentation
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
