About the role
As our Line Cook, you will play an integral role in delivering an exceptional guest experience while contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team environment. This role is ideal for someone who brings a passion for hospitality, takes ownership, and is committed to continuous improvement and results.
Responsibilities
- Prepare menu items in a timely and sanitary manner
- Follow recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards
- Ensure all food served meets quality expectations
- Set up and break down your station, including prep work
- Keep your station and kitchen clean, organized, and stocked
- Handle and store food properly, including rotation
- Monitor food temperatures during cooking and service
- Track and report food waste
- Prepare meals for guests with allergies or dietary needs
- Communicate any issues with food, equipment, or safety to management
- Complete additional tasks as assigned

- Ensure smooth, efficient operations aligned with brand standards
- Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement

Requirements

Qualifications
- At least 1 year of cooking experience in a fast-paced kitchen
- Basic knowledge of kitchen cleanliness and safety
