About the role
Responsible for maintaining guest rooms and public areas in a clean and orderly condition.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and washing windows
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed
- Handle guest requests and complaints professionally
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred
Qualifications
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of cleaning supplies and equipment
