Hotel Host (Guest Service Agent) - Full Time

About the role

The Hotel Host at Hyatt Place Tempe/Phoenix Airport is responsible for creating a welcoming and exceptional guest experience across various areas including the Hotel Host Stand, Bakery Café, Guest Kitchen, e-room, TV den, and meeting rooms. Responsibilities also include guest check-in and check-out.

Responsibilities

• Offering a larger than home experience through welcoming, helpful, and exceptional service
• Maintaining a clean, comfortable, and inviting environment
• Handling guest check-in and check-out processes
• Servicing meeting rooms as needed
• Engaging with guests to ensure satisfaction and exceed expectations

Requirements

• Previous guest service experience, preferably in a hotel or related field
• Strong communication skills, including speaking, reading, and writing in English
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule for AM/PM shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Age 18 or older
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, etc.)

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weights (minimum of 20 lbs)
