Hotel Guest Service Agent - Island

About the role

The Guest Services Agent on Little Palm Island is the hub for information and communication of happenings on the Island. Your friendly, energetic, and professional personality will assist guests and visiting yachts with information and direction.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests and visiting yachts with information and direction in person, by phone, or on the radio.
• Communicate guest’s needs to the necessary departments to ensure an experience of a lifetime for our precious guests.
• Work in the beautiful on-Island Quarterdeck to professionally communicate guest’s needs.
