Hotel Front Desk Representative

You will be the first person guests talk to as they check into our premier casino and entertainment destination.

About the role

Provide guest service in line with SMSC GE’s culture of Purpose, Vision, and Values. Assist guests in the front office by performing check-in and check-out functions. Collect payment on all transactions. Apply a high-level guest experience and keep current with all casino and hotel promotions within a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Use effective sale tactics to upsell hotel offerings.

Requirements

  • Minimum one year guest service and cash handling experience
  • Ability to speak, write, and read English clearly
  • Ability to communicate with a diverse population
  • Working knowledge of basic computer operation

Pay

Starting pay up to $18.50 an hour with a $1,000 signing bonus. Based on shift.

Schedule

2:30 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. with weekends required.
