Hotel Front Desk Night Auditor

About the role

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to financial details, a genuine love of interacting with people, and a superior commitment to customer satisfaction. Previous hotel experience is not required but guest service experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform nightly room counts and ensure all charges are accurate
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
• Manage cash transactions and ensure proper record keeping
• Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of public areas
• Support front desk operations as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Qualifications
