Responsibilities
- Perform nightly audits of guest accounts and ensure accuracy of charges.
- Handle cash transactions, including deposits and reconciliations.
- Ensure all guest check-outs are processed accurately and promptly.
- Communicate effectively with guests regarding their stays and account balances.
- Manage inventory and maintain cleanliness of the front desk area.
- Assist with other front desk functions as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a customer service role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
Skills
- Proficient in using hotel point-of-sale systems.
- Knowledge of hotel accounting principles.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.

Pay
$20 - $25 per hour based on experience.
Schedule
Evening shifts from 6 PM to 2 AM, rotating weekends and holidays.
