About the role
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and safety of guest rooms and common areas, maintaining accurate records of room status, and assisting with check-in and check-out procedures.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of guest rooms and common areas
- Accurately record room status and update systems accordingly
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a front desk or similar role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
