Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with professionalism and warmth
- Check guests in and out using proper procedures
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist with guest inquiries
- Make and manage reservations
- Provide prompt and courteous service, resolving any issues to ensure guest satisfaction
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
- Previous hotel front desk experience required
- Experience with Opera PMS is strongly preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Able to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Must have open availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
