Responsibilities
- Oversee front desk operations and step in as the go-to problem solver for guests and teammates alike
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs with accuracy, warmth, and charm
- Support and train new front desk team members
- Resolve guest issues quickly and professionally
- Help manage daily tasks like event sheet distribution, business center support, and keeping the lobby guest-ready
Requirements
- Customer service experience – proven people skills and patience
- Experience in hospitality or leadership (preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent – strong communication, math, and common sense skills
- Tech savvy enough to use hotel systems with confidence
- Able to lift 50 lbs and stay on your feet for extended periods
