Hotel Front Desk Agent -PM Shift

About the role

Provide exceptional guest service during the evening shift at Embassy Suites by Hilton Colorado Springs. Handle check-in/check-out procedures, manage room keys, and assist with guest requests.

Responsibilities

• Handle check-in/check-out procedures efficiently
• Manage room keys and ensure safekeeping
• Assist guests with requests and resolve issues promptly
• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas
• Follow safety protocols and emergency procedures

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
• Previous customer service experience preferred

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and ability to work independently
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
