Hotel Front Desk Agent - PM

About the role

We are searching for an enthusiastic, service-focused hotel front desk agent to join our guest services team. You’ll welcome guests, manage accounts, answer inquiries, and field complaints to ensure we deliver an excellent experience to every guest.

• Welcome guests and provide a positive first impression
• Manage guest accounts and handle check-in/check-out procedures
• Answer guest inquiries and address concerns or complaints
• Deliver excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction

Pay

$17.50 - $18.50 hourly
