Position Overview We are seeking dependable, customer-focused individuals to assist clients with hotel and resort planning, reservation support, and accommodation-related questions. The Hotel Customer Support Coordinator helps clients research suitable properties, review available options, organize reservation details, and navigate the planning process from initial inquiry through confirmed arrangements. This role is well suited for individuals who enjoy working with people, researching destinations and accommodations, and providing helpful, personalized service. Training and access to online booking resources are provided.
