Hotel Complimentary Breakfast Attendant

Are you a food‑service professional with a strong desire to provide excellent customer service to guests? Our busy hotel is seeking a detail‑oriented breakfast attendant to set up and take down the breakfast buffet, keep fruits, bread, cereals, and bakery items stocked, walk the dining area refilling coffee and beverages, and clean up used plates and utensils.

Responsibilities

• Set up the breakfast buffet table and ensure fresh items are stocked and available throughout service.
• Take down the breakfast buffet at the end of service.
• Address visitor questions and requests promptly, courteously, and efficiently.
• Walk throughout the dining area refilling coffee, beverages, and other items as needed.
• Use appropriate procedures for removing used plates, glasses, and silverware efficiently during breakfast service.
• Wipe down service lines, beverage dispensers, and other equipment according to health and safety regulations.
• Sanitize and ensure cleanliness of all buffet bar areas, including tables and chairs, and empty trash as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with guests and coworkers.
• Experience working in food service is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent certification (GED).
• Proven customer service experience with a strong guest‑focused mentality.
• Outstanding time management and organizational skills.

Compensation

$15 hourly
